The plot is located on the Dubrava plateau in the village of Aladinici, betwen etween Capljina and Stolac.
With the opening of the Stolac – Neum road, the plot will be approx. 6 km away from it and approx
35 km from Neum.
The plot has an area of 11,750 m2. On the same plot, stone was taken out and stones were made to build
sub walls. The plot now has three terraces. After the extraction of stone, another 105 trucks of fertile were brought
soil. Currently, there is about 80 cm of fertile soil without stones.
In one corner of the plot, a building with an area of 60 m2 has been built. Of this, there is a water tank
surface area of 22 m2 where 30 m3 of water can fit. In the substation of approx. 3 m2 there is an installation for
drip irrigation and hydrophore for water in the building. Spa of approx. 4 m2 and room of approx. 31
m2 where there is a kitchen and a sitting area. A septic tank is located ten meters from the building
done according to all regulations
1,150 rosehip/pomegranate trees of the “Barski Sladun” variety were planted on the plot. The trees are ten years old and
they have reached the stage of full harvest. In addition to the pomegranate, they have two trees each of shakers, figs and apricots
There is a well on the plot and the water is 178 meters deep. The capacity is 5.5 liters/sec. There is a pump in the well
3.5 K W, the other is in reserve. The entire plot is covered by a drip irrigation system
kap. The whole plot consists of three plateaus and each plateau has autonomous irrigation.
