Gradačac is a town  in the northeastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located on the slopes of Majevica, at an altitude of 129 meters. The city is dominated by the tower of Husein-beg Gradaščević, better known as Gradina, which is a trademark and a recognizable symbol of the city. It dominates the landscape of the city, built on the highest point in this area where the Posavina plain ends and the Bosnian hills begin to rise.Gradačac is one of the largest plum production and trade centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. City has small river Gradašnica ,and also 2 nice lakes, Hazna and Vidara.

The house for sale is located in the very center of the city, next to the town square and below the tower of Husein-beg Gradaščević, which makes it very attractive and unique!

The house was built after World War I, the walls are 50 cm thick  and needs renovation.
It consists of a ground floor, 2 bedrooms, hallway and bathroom.

In front of the house is a yard and a small river Gradašnica.
